cgory 0
Hi everyone:I've recently started using EN, and in the last few days, I've started using Skitch. I came across two things that, for me, are problematic:- After creating something in Skitch, and sending it to EN, I can't move it from the Skitch notebook to another notebook.- I can't open up something created in Skitch, and edit it (e.g. add text). As mentioned, I'm new at this - am I missing something, or is the functionality not there?Cheers, Link to comment

Joe Lopez 108
@cgory & Vincent,I'm going to try and take a stab at a solution, but also highly recommend you check out Evernote's support site to search through our knowledge base, or open up customer support tickets. You can find them here: https://support.evernote.com/For this problem:- After creating something in Skitch, and sending it to EN, I can't move it from the Skitch notebook to another notebook. If you are trying to move the note to a different notebook via Skitch then you cannot do this at that time. Skitch allows you to create and save to a notebook, but doesn't let you move Skitch notes between notebooks. In order to do that you need to use an Evernote client.Assuming you are using a Skitch iPad and Mac Evernote clients (other desktop clients work very similar) one method to copy would be the following:Launch Evernote for Mac after saving your Skitch note.Navigate to the Notebook in Evernote that you use to save your Skitch notes.Select the note, so it loads to the rightIf you look to the top of the screen above your note you'll see the name of your Notebook with a little down arrowClicking on the down arrow will show all of your available NotebooksSelect one and the highlighted note will move to that new NotebookFor this problem:- I can't open up something created in Skitch, and edit it (e.g. add text). The first question is which app are you using to "edit" the Skitch note? Evernote? or Skitch? If you are using Evernote, then you cannot edit the actual annotated Skitch image itself. You can add text to the Evernote note, but not the Skitch image. if you are using Skitch for Windows Desktop then you can open the note directly from Evernote into Skitch via the top menu bar (this feature is coming to the Mac client). If you are using Skitch, then click on the 4 blocks and Evernote icon in the top right of the Skitch window and you'll see all of your Skitch notes. You can click on any to resume annotating those images.I hope that helps you out, and welcome to Evernote and Skitch.
