(Archived) How do I "close" an enclipper.txt file?

I use SugarSync to sync important folders/files between my computers -- one of those subfolders is the Evernote Logs subfolder that contains the applog and enclipper.txt files. I keep getting the attached error message from SugarSync

I have no idea how to "close" it because it's not something that I"ve "opened." I've tried deleting the file, but it recreates itself -- is there any way to disable this logging function?
