sheasbys 0
I am using version 3.3.1 and every time it starts up it asks if I want to import notes from a previous version. If I choose install the app crashes. The only way to use the app is to select the option "Not now." Any ideas would be great. Link to comment
orre 0
Yes, I've got the same problem. Every time i start Evernote this happens. At least let me choose something like "No, and never ask me again. Ever.". Link to comment

However, my guess is that support will probably just ask you to uninstall and reinstall the app. Make sure you have synced everything and have at least one backup of Evernote before you do it (SSD > Users > Username > Library > Application Support > Evernote). Evernote tells you to uninstall this way (https://support.evernote.com/ics/support/KBAnswer.asp?questionID=616&hitOffset=14+4&docID=23996), but I usually follow up with some kind of app uninstaller as well. Or, I take the opportunity to entirely erase my drive and reinstall the operating system (as I did yesterday). I doubt you will get these error messages again if you do this Link to comment
