I'm not a big fan of the styles drawer myself (very frustrating, because I cannot use it in full-page view), but it is an interesting suggestion, because Evernote currently lacks most of the features you would find in the drawer. It would be a revolutionary step for them, but I am not sure they want to go in that direction.

Even if you could predefine a few styles (e.g., header, sub-header) and then apply them with a key command, that would be brilliant. I spend a lot of time manually bolding/coloring all my titles.
