rickcb 2
I use Web Clipper with Rock Melt, a Chrome-based browser, where it is available as an add-on extension. I used it without any problems for a long time until, after a recent browser crash, the extension and and right-click menu option stopped working. I have tried deleting and re-installing the extension several times without success. I am unable to clip anything within Rock Melt now, a very frustrating situation. The Web Clipper continues to perform flawlessly in my main Chrome browser but why it doesn't in a 'Chrome clone' is a mystery. If anyone else uses Rock Melt and has experienced this problem - and managed to fix it - I'd really like to hear from you. Many thanks. jbignert 473
Hi rickcbRockmelt is not one of our supported browsers and changes released in Chrome 21 prompted some changes in the Clipper. However the good news is that Clipper 5.4 should work just fine. Get it here:https://www.evernote.com/shard/s13/sh/84d50482-3ca6-4d9b-a47f-27509e774e97/f9bc37d4ce6ae1a39f69d46f5134d8caHope that helps Link to comment
