dlu 628
Going to move this into the web clipper section. I believe this is a bug that we're aware of and working on, but I'll let the web clipper folks confirm that Link to comment
jbignert 473
Hi Canada Mike,Yes this was an unfortunate bug that affected some user. We have a new version pending approval by Mozilla. But in the meantime you have 2 options:1) Change the clipper to 'send clips to web' in the Web Clipper preferences page. (recommended)2) Install this beta version with the fix. https://www.evernote.com/shard/s13/sh/a85447d9-3dae-44ac-8380-2aaa1a00840c/1f0f0afa513b35744903b1ba47ac29cfPlease note that if you install the beta I recommend you later reinstall the official version to make sure you get future auto updates. natallica 1
Hi -I installed the beta clipper per the message above, but now when I clip from Firefox into the Mac client images are not clipped and I have to manually save each image to my Mac and then edit the page to add them.I tried using clipping with the Chrome clipper that goes straight to my web account and that seems to clip the images into my web account, but when I sync with the desktop client, the images are replaced with question marks.Any thoughts on what's going on?Thanks so much...-- N Link to comment
