SherrytheOrganizer 0 Posted September 10, 2012 Posted September 10, 2012 I installed Evernote Web Clipper for Firefox and the icon is not showing up. I'm using Firefox 15. Thanks for you help.
Level 5* gazumped 12,213 Posted September 11, 2012 Level 5* Posted September 11, 2012 Hi - welcome to the Forums. The icon can get lost in some Firefox themes - try resetting to the standard if you've customized your layout to check the icon's gone missing. If it has, uninstalling and then reinstalling might do the necessary.Even if the icon's not there the functionality should still be available - just right-click the page and look for an 'add to Evernote' menu option. You'll get choices to add the URL, selection or page as appropriate.I've got two instances of FF15 on different machines - one shows the icon (just about) and the other doesn't.
J Reed 06 0 Posted September 27, 2012 Posted September 27, 2012 Did the web clipper change? In older versions of Firefox, when I clipped a page I could select the Notebook I wanted the content sent to as well as add tags - now it just sends everything automatically to my default notebook.
Vertikar 0 Posted October 1, 2012 Posted October 1, 2012 I installed Evernote Web Clipper for Firefox and the icon is not showing up. I'm using Firefox 15. Thanks for you help.I was having the same issue, looking under Add-ons -> Extensions, Firefox says the web clipper plugin wasn't compatible with Firefox 15. This was with version 5.0. I updated to the latest (version 5.1) and its now fine.
