(Archived) Feature Request: mobile synch option, text only notes

Currently in the settings of the android evernote app there is the option to synchronize/upload notes only if WiFi access is available. This makes sense to save mobile bandwidth.

However I frequently find myself taking small text notes without any pictures or additional media. It would be nice if there could be an option to upload these notes via a the mobile connection, leaving bigger notes on the phone until WiFi is available. So a more fine grained control would be helpful.

Second that request. I'm roaming about 80% of the time. Small text notes are OK, but photos really eat up my roaming data fast.
