freshy 0
Mine too. I have found that the problem is only present when I'm in full-screen mode in Safari. Once I go back to normal screen, the clipper starts working again, but it's very annoying. I'm used to the full-screen mode and clipping things has become a hassle.Any help? Somebody? Link to comment
Mike K 0
I had the same problem when I was logged into just my Mac (OS X 10.8.2) "desktop" app of Evernote, but when I logged into the "web" version of Evernote using Safari (6.0.2) it worked for me. Link to comment
jbignert 473
Hi folks, if you are affected by an issue please make sure you are using the latest version of the Safari Clipper and when reporting a problem it is very helpful if you mention the version number. Safari has a feature that you can opt in to get automatic updates of the Clipper. I recommend using that setting to ensure you are on the latest version. Sometimes API changes or bugs can make older versions of the clipper stop working. Here's how to use this setting:1) In Safari got to > Safari in the application meny bar > Preferences 2) In the left panel at the bottom find the 'Updates' tab.3) Choose 'install updates automatically'In the same dialog window you should find a tab for Evernote Web Clipper. The version number is located there. Link to comment
