(Archived) using web clipper on I Pad, moving notes from one notebook to another, creating a new notebook

Hi, I have downloaded web clipper from I Tunes for I Pad and cannot find any instructions for how to use it.

Also tried to create a new notebook, no instructions for that either. Can anybody help please

using Ipad 2 and downloaded Evernote from App store. paid for premium membership. am unable to download web clipper to safari. i then deleted the App from ipad and tried to download web clipper from web browser but it is only letting me save the web clipper download to DropBox. pls help.
