(Archived) How do I get screen clips out of EN to use elsewhere?

So I've used the clip screenshot utility from the EN taskbar icon on my Windows XP machine to clip various screenshots into EN. Now, to upload them into various help forums online I need an image file. I was hoping a little drag n' drop magic would work here but no joy. How do I do this?

In Windows if you are trying to extract just "an image file", then right click and select Save As.
