(Archived) Client tag searches

We've set up several Evernote stacks with dozens of notebooks, each with lots of page clippings linked to our web site. All of the clippings have topical and organizational tags. But our clients cannot do tag searches; their searches are only on text within the clippings. How can we limit/prioritize client searches to make our tags more useful?

and they should be able to find your tags
