(Archived) quota don't reset

Hi,

today my monthly quota was reset to 60Mb. On web interface and iPhone I see correctly the available amount of 60Mb but the Mac application (v. 3.3.0 300201) indicates only 8Mb available .

Can someone explain how to solve?

PS: The basket is empty

For the moment I solved by deleting evernote and the folder with the data and re-installing and re-syncing from scratch.

That would have fixed sync errors. Adding it to my reasons / fixes for this problem.

Yes, all my notebooks are synchronized.

Today I have added some notes and on web interface I see 59.7Mb free, but on standalone mac app only 8Mb for 30 days left.

I have a local notebook for putting clip from Firefox before customizing and moving in correct notebook. But local notebook is empty e usually there is 2, max 3 note inside.

Try emptying Trash on Mac.

Moved to Evernote (Mac).

No. Just do a manual sync and then check your usage.

yes I resynchronized, but the quota has not been updated.

Out of ideas. Emptying Trash and manual sync are the only fixes I know of.

Maybe sync errors, but, I don't know what the equivalent of Windows client Activity Log is on the Mac.
