How can i group notes as sub notes/folders, example:

Client A

projekt 1

projekt 2

etc

Client B

project 11

project 12

Evernotes 'folder' structure is very simple.

You can have notes.

Notes live in Notebooks

Notebooks can live in Stacks.

That's as deep as it goes.

Your other option is to use tags. There is lots of info on here if you search for tags.
