(Archived) phantom tags when adding new note

Hello --

When I create a new note (Samsung Galaxy Note, ICS, current release version of EN) a list of tags comes up that includes a bunch of seemingly random tags in date format, e.g.

2012-06-01

2011-05-11

...

I have to scroll through a bunch of these to get to my actual tags.

These tags aren't shown when I list tags, either on the phone or on the computer/web, so I can't figure out how to get rid of them. Any suggestions?

OK - officially weird. Raise a support ticket and start buying in extra supplies..
