(Archived) REQUEST - Ability to reorder numbered lists in a note

For example...

1. Task 1 - Priority 1
   
   1. 
      
   2. Priority 1
      
   3. Priority 2
      
   4. Priority 3
      
   5. Task 2 - Priority 2
      
      1. Priority 1
         
      2. Priority 2
         
      3. Priority 3
         

If Priority 2 of Task 2 because the new priority with in the Task, I would like to be able to put my cursor next to "2. Priority 2" and hit an uparrow that will move it up in the list and become "1. Priority 1" and the item that was already there becomes the second item in the list.

Or if Task 2 because the new high priority for me, put my cursor next to it and move it, and all sub lists, up to the top.

Also, why can't I increase indent and decrease indent on a Mac?
