(Archived) HELP: Delayed sync

My EN desktop client is not picking up my new Safari clips even though they are visible in the web client. Neither manual or auto syncing is working.

I'm using the latest versions of the clipper and desktop client.

Please let me know what the issue may be.

Can you tell me a little more? OS version? EN version? Safari clipper version? What sites are you clipping (if they are public)?

Here are two test clips, and they are both in my web client, but I can't get them to the desktop client with manual or auto syncing.

They have now synced to my desktop client after about a 1 hour delay FYI.
