I don't know how, but the clipper has figured out on my website that it will only clip the main content section, which is enclosed with div tags. I wonder how it distinguishes from my navigation and footer (besides the fact that I named them that way!). It's not a terribly big concern for me, because users can easily change to full page or adjust their preferences to clip the full page if they want it.
