(Archived) BUG: Sticking on sync (Evernote Version 3.1.1 (248775))

Version 3.1.1 (248775) on Snow Leopard 10.6.8

After recently updating to the latest Evernote (it seems) I've had trouble syncing. The message was 'downloading data (50.1Mb). Eventually I get a red '!' and clicking the sync button it starts over. Quit, try the next day. etc. No progress.

I followed the instructions for sticking syncing in a previous thread. Removed the Evernote folder from my user App Support folder and relaunched. It started syncing again but near the end it has now stuck at 46.1 Mb.

Here's the tail end of my log. Note - no entries for last 30 mins.

Latest update. I installed beta 3.1.2.

Evernote claimed to be syncing for the first time. It appeared to look at all the notes and then went back to downloading 4.1 Mb.

Then it gave this error: 'Synchronization failed because Evernote was unable to save the downloaded data to disk.'

(This is the same error as the last time I tried 3.1 before upgrading)
