My mac Evernote won't sync any more. Every time I try, I get a pop-up from my Sophos Anti-Virus that says "Virus/Spyware Troj/Zbot-BVR has been detected..." Then, I get a message from Evernote that it can't reach the server, which I assume is happening because the anti-virus is blocking it. Zbot-BVR seems to be a PC virus, and I'm on a mac. It seems weird, but I'm stuck. Perhaps there is a note with a virus in it, but I don't know how to find out which one. Anyway, the message pops up very quickly, too quickly (I think) for it to be a note being download, so I think it's perceiving Evernote as the problem.
Sophos tells me that the problem file is /Users/jerry/Library/Application Support/Evernote/accounts/Evernote/jfi/sync-downloads/primary/resource-9DCE30CA6BE1D00A68C2CAC5C1983E33-25206. Can I delete that without worry, or will I break something if I do?
