(Archived) HELP: Drag and drop cards to notebooks creates new card copies named 'small card' or 'big card'

In 3.1.1, with the new card view, whenever I move a card by drag and drop into a folder it creates a copy, either named 'small card' or 'big card' depending on the view.

The original card location remains intact.

Any ideas ?

hi. welcome to the forums!

i am not sure what is happening there, but it does look odd. i tried to replicate the problem on my computer. everything worked fine. i wonder if i am doing the same thing you are... also, i am using the beta version, so the results might be different. you could try and upgrade to the beta and see if that doesn't solve the problem. or, wait until the public release.

I am having the same issue as ramsesthethird but it only started after I installed Mountain Lion.

I reloaded Evernote 3.1.1, no luck,

and just updated to the 3.3.0 beta 2... no luck.

Any ideas?

It is a mountain lion bug. Noted internally. Thanks for the report!

Jack, since this bug was identified in May, over 2 months ago, why did it take so long to fix?

You have released several EN Mac updates since then.

I have the same problem on EN 3.2.0 since I installed Mountain Lion. Also, since the upgrade, Evernote when launched no longer remembers the window configuration it was shut down at.
