(Archived) HOWTO: Sync Livescribe pen to correct notebook

I use 2 or 3 different Livescribe notebooks. When I plug my pen in, it syncs the notebooks properly, but when I send the notebooks to Evernote, they notes all go to one general notebook instead of syncing to their respective notebooks. This is fairly frustrating as I need to keep these notes separate from one another with minimal effort. Am I doing something wrong, or is this simply not doable?
