(Archived) Can't open files on mobile devices shared via URL

Having a problem opening files on mobile devices once they've been shared via URL. The URL takes you to the Evernote sharing page, an icon for a PDF or other type of file shows up, but you can't click it. It's not a problem on a desktop or on iPad, but I've tried it on Android phones and on iPhones. I would like to be able to share PDF's to smartphones. Any suggestions?
