First of all, I love Evernote! Great product. Using Food on my iPhone too, waiting for the Wine version.
Here's my issue. When using Evernote in non-Full Screen mode it appears on every Desktop and won't stay in it's own Desktop. It will appear behind whatever app is assigned to a particular Desktop. I also try to move the Evernote window to it's own Desktop in Mission Control, but it won't budge.
