(Archived) BUG: Dragging an image from Firefox to and open note creates a .zip file

Hi!

I'm constantly trying this..

I found the following forum entry, but couldn't contribute to the topic, so I'ver created a fresh reqest for the bug fix.

I understand that I can right click, copy image, and paste into evernote, or drag to the finder then an open note, but would love to be able to drag directly from FF to an open note.

the initial feature announcement back in 2010 was all a clamour for FF support:

One question though: didn’t Firefox ship “drag and drop” capability with 3.5 and add features to it in 3.6?
