How do you import a formatted note into Word

I currently use Mac Journal and Scrivner to organize and draft my articles. Eventually they need to be imported into Word for final publication. Is there a way to do this in Evernote? I see the export note as html but that is not easy enough.

Any advise or thoughts?

Have you tried simply copying and pasting? As a warning, Evernote formatting is still a touch quirky, so your results may vary. Also, styles are not supported as they are in Word, so consistency and the ability to reformat results using Word's style formatting will be problematic.
