This forum is equipped with a feature that allows you to see unread (by them) posts, and I think that many people use it (I sure do). Evernote staff read all posts, so far as I know, but they don't necessarily respond to all of them. I tend to let them figure out for themselves what is important to fix/add, though. If it were a matter of critical importance, like data loss or something like that, I'd suggest that you file a support inquiry, but I'm not sure that this is at that level of severity.
