The more I use this app the more need this function....batch delete, batch tag, batch move to notebook, batch share, batch email, ...you get the idea.

I can see where it would be useful, but, I do most of my maintenance tasks on the Windows desktop client. Much better environment for work on collections of notes. And, it works now.

Agreed. My guess is that mobile clients aren't aligned 1-to-1 with every feature on the desktop client and this is purposeful. Evernote might be presuming that mobile activities are for on the go, quick and dirty, then more organization is done on the desktop. Just a guess.

Your guess is correct, but the reasons are varied. Sometimes, there just isn't a 1-for-1 correlation between capabilities of a desktop client vs. a mobile client. Sometimes it's just a matter of having devoted more time to a particular client vs another one.
