(Archived) Soundcloud Style Annotation for Audio Clips

I was just compiling some old music notes for an old project and was thinking about how incredibly useful being able to annotate audio at specific points on the track like Soundcloud. I really appreciate Evernote's streamlined audio player that works on any device.... that extra feature would just feel so natural in this setting.

I'm not one to nag for new features but I can't resist mentioning this one...It'll probably never happen, I'm just daydreaming here, but I'd still be interested in hearing any thoughts on this.

I like the idea. If we did expand on audio notes, I can see at least one of the platforms looking at this type of direction.
