jake0110 0 Posted February 16, 2012 Share Posted February 16, 2012 I uploaded two pictures of business cards into Evernote mobile and the program will not read the text as searchable, although I understand this is a feature of the system. Is anyone else having this problem? Any fixes or suggestions?The text in the pictures are very clear. Link to comment

Although (I believe) pictures are processed more quickly than PDF OCR, your mobile has to upload to the server, and your picture has to get to 1st place in the queue before the text version can be saved. Then your mobile has to sync again (if you're searching on the mobile) before you'll see a result. The process is not instantaneous.. Link to comment
