(Archived) "Clipper Installed" shows on download page before it's installed

On two windows 7 x64 computers running the latest official chrome browser, the link on the download page for evernote showed "Clipper Installed" before i had ever installed clipper. Clicking on the link correctly launches the chrome extension installer. I don't need any assistance, I just thought the evernote team would like to know about this bug and this forum seemed like the only way to contact them while using a free account.
