gdmilner 18
OneNote Mobile for Android is now available worldwidehttp://blogs.office.com/b/microsoft-onenote/archive/2012/02/07/onenote-mobile-for-android-is-now-available-worldwide.aspxThis looks interesting. I have been an EN premium users for lo these many years and am not likely to switch, but it would be interesting to see how this stacks up against EN on Android. If I get time, I will try it out and see and report back. If anyone already has, it would be interesting to see what they have to say about it. Thanks. Link to comment
Level 5* GrumpyMonkey 4,314 Posted February 8, 2012 Level 5* Share Posted February 8, 2012 mixed reviews for ios. my guess would be that it will initially be a so-so product, but over time it will ramp up to a really formidable piece of software. if microsoft is really serious about it (probably recognizing that kindle and evernote were smart to adopt a multi-platform strategy), then they'll be able to put tremendous developmental effort into it. will evernote be able to hold its own? i don't know, but if they can put more of their desktop functionality into the mobile apps, then i think they have a good shot. gdmilner 18
Chris Moorhouse on Google+ doesn't like the OneNote for Android. https://plus.google.com/u/0/107197032223538155416/postsHere's a review I found: http://androidactivist.org/opinion/app-review-onenote-for-android/ Link to comment
postitnotes 2
I'm wondering if OneNote for Android has native ability to set due dates for a note (without using Outlook). I sure wish evernote had this capability so I could stop looking around for an app that does. Link to comment
