(Archived) attachment & sync problem with premium acount

PC platform : windows XP , Linux(ubuntu)

browser : Chrome, Firefoox

mobile device : HTC flyer with android 2.3

I have used EN for a few months and upgrade to premium account for larger uploading space and most important at all, the "offline notebook" feature

But I dosen't work for me

I used to edit my note on PC for better edit options and typing, and reviewing on mobile device

but look at the offline situation

(PIC 001) the pics I added in this note were completely missing

so I tried to log out / clean all cache and login again

see what happen

(PIC 002) see the sync procedure was done with WIFI connection

(PIC 003) But inside the note , still no pics available

(PIC 004) or just one of all the pics can successfully display with another note

(PIC 005) so I pressed the "download attachment " button and found only this one pic was available for download(the only on attached? not all?)

So may I ask.... IS THERE STILL THE ISSUE FOR ANDROID user to using OFFLINE NOTEBOOKS?

why there is no any warning word in the website until we upgraded and found we bought only a bigger upload space?

I'm frustrated with your premium advantage with android

any solution?

summary of prolems(under premium account activated)

1.pics added in PC couldn't displayed in android device(maybe missing half of attached pics) even with WIFI connection

2.sync procedure somehow showing complete with some notebooks still "waiting for download"(so it's complete or not?)

3.offline notes still missing pics even already sync by WIFI (really sync?)
