(Archived) Chrome Web Clipper chops & screws web designs

When I clip webpages using the Chrome web clipper, the design comes out chopped up.

These are screenshots of the screenshots saved by Evernote.

Don't get me wrong, I love Evernote! But it seems the web clipper is trying to read/reassemble the HTML/CSS of websites rather than take screenshots. I need exact screenshots for my needs (and therefore will continue to use the desktop version of Evernote). Thanks.

I have similar problem and I would like to see the sample image if we have common problem, but I guess it is already been deleted. Anyway, how did you came up with the solution? Thanks.

Is there any way to resolve this issue using a smart phone? I have a web design colleague who advised one can change the code of Evernote easily, so it can be resolved? Has anyone heard of this?
