(Archived) EverNote Sync Security Question over WiFi

I'm wondering how EverNote syncs notes/content and whether it's encrypted or somehow protected. It's because like some of us, we are stuck with free wifi to get our Internet fix.

Since we are generally using WiFi, it's over-the-air which means anyone can intercept the data packets and ultimately compile what you have been downloading.

So how's the sync?

I would test this soon if I don't get a response.
