(Archived) incomplete sync on new computer

I just installed Evernote on a new iMac, and it's missing a ton of material. It's syncing one notebook last updated in 2009 and content I added in the past two days, but not the 400 or so notes in between. The sync is working fine and my complete account is accessibly on my MacBook, iPhone, and iPad — just not the iMac. I've tried deleting and reinstalling, restarting, etc. Any tips would be appreciated!

If you have a lot of notes, it takes a while to sync everything down. If it stopped sync'ing, did you click sync again & confirm if the number of all notes increased?

Yep — I've tried multiple times over three days now. It has synced all the notes I've added the past two days (added through email or on the MacBook), but not the ones in between.

Thanks, I did, but I'll try again. First try, I described the issue and attached the activity log, and got a useless response that explained how to access the activity log and said I probably don't need to ever look at it. I was hoping one of the smart folks here might have a clue, but I'll try another ticket. Thanks!
