BurgersNFries 2,407 Posted January 3, 2012 Share Posted January 3, 2012 Say you have two notebooks, "Bills" & "letters". Create two tags, "Bills" & "letters". Apply the "bills" tag to all the notes in the "bills" notebook. Rename the "Bills" notebook to say, "stuff". (Whatever.) Apply the tag "letters" to all the notes in the "letters" notebook & move all those notes to the "stuff" notebook. You can now delete the "letters" notebook. And so on & so on. Link to comment

I think I am not alone in having few notebooks, yet thousands of notes.In my case, I actually only have two notebooks: one to hold everything (called "Inbox") and another for viewing notes offline on mobile devices ("mobile").
