(Archived) Feature Request - Add Tags to Tab Order in New Note Dialog

I would like to be able to enter a note title and then tab down to the Tags field without having to use the mouse. Currently the tab order goes from title to url to the note body.

I second that!

It is a bit annoying to have to move the hand to the mouse, especially when dumping brief notes that just needs to have a few words and the correct tag(s) for later processing. Such as brain-dumping action items.

(In my case, it is the Windows client).

In the Windows client, F3 puts you right into tag entry mode.

The EN Mac client uses the [TAB] key to advance to the next "logical" field.

After entering the Title, the [TAB] takes you either to the Tags field,

OR, first to the Created Date field, and then to the other fields and finally to the Tags field.

I have not been able to determine what changes the [TAB] behavior, so I don't understand Evernote's "logic".

For the windows client. I will definitely use the F3, but it still seems logical to have the tab order flow. Thanks.
