gbarry 2,658 Posted December 22, 2011 Share Posted December 22, 2011 We’ve completed the support chat pilot and are rolling out full-time hours for our chat service.The new chat service, available to Premium members only, will be available from Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm PST (California) and currently in English.To access chat, navigate to the Evernote Support Home Page, and select “Chat with Evernote”.You will be prompted to sign in with your Evernote Premium Account information first.Our new support chat feature helps assist users with basic issues like account maintenance, Evernote How-Tos, username changes, bug reports , etc. If a support member can’t immediately help you with your issue, he/she will gather all of the information needed for a specialist to assist you with your ticket. But mosey on over on Monday and I'm sure someone will be happy to shoot the breeze about your use of Evernote in remembering the great bits in your book Link to comment
