(Archived) Feature Request: create a button for "insert date" feature

Currently the only way to "insert a date" into evernote is to use the keyboard shortcut... alt/shift/d. I find that I need to insert dates quite often in evernote. This keyboard shortcut is difficult to remember and I sometimes forget what it is.

Which Evernote client are you referring to? (there are specific forums for the specific clients)

<Ctrl+;> is supported as an alternate to <Alt+Shift+D> in the Windows client.

I use if often enough that I have no problems remembering it.

Now, if you were talking about the web client, then, it's a different story. The function is not provided by either a keyboard shortcut or a toolbar icon.
