(Archived) Android v 3.3.1 and Nook Color v 3.2.2 - Can't connect to servers

I just upgraded my Nook Color to Barnes & Nobles latest software version - 1.4.1

I decided to finally put Evernote on the Nook now, and picked it up off the Apps store for B&N. It's version 3.2.2....

I noticed that the version in the Android Market is 3.3.1 -- so, apparently the Nook is on a different development track.

The problem I'm faced with on my Nook is that each time I try to login I get a message "Error communicating with the Evernote servers. Please try again later."

Wi-Fi is working... Other internet dependent apps (like Netflix and e-mail) are working fine.

Any suggestions for what I should try next?
