(Archived) Sync'd Ink Notes don't always appear...?

I use Ink Notes a lot in Windows. After I sync to the EN server and pull up these notes on my Android tablet some of them only appear as a ? icon... Once that happens I can never get them to appear on my tablet. It seems random... I can't find any similarities between those that don't properly display... Has anyone else experienced this, and more importantly, is there a way to get them to display?
