(Archived) i don't understand the sorting of history items

hi,

would anybody please so kind and explain the sorting of the entries?

as far as i can see they are not sorted after date. or are they?

AND most important: how can i set the shown dates to a european format which i can understand within a second and not have to riddle about the AM/PM thing or those slashes and the order of the numbers...)

I don't know for certain, but I'm guessing the date displayed may be the creation date but they are sorted by updated date, which is really the important one, for note history. (Which is why the note dated april appears after the note dated July.)

That doesn't make sense to me. Wouldn't all these notes have the same creation date? After all, they are just different snapshots of the same note, right?

Good point. Unless someone changed the creation date. Could also be the snapshot date. (shrug). I don't know. Just guessing here.

i always change the creation date. now i'm confused again.
