(Archived) import palm pre+ tasks and memos into iphone 4

i have had a palm device for many many years and have several hundred memo's and tasks, as well as hundreds of contacts and a calendar and several years of old calendars. i would like to move to an iphone4 and need to find a way to get all this data moved over to the iphone from the palm pre+. i have spoken to the verizon and apple people and no one has a suggestion on a neat / simply way to do this. one person suggested i look into evernote as a potential vehicle for doing this, as well as being a neat way to manage notes once i do finally get on to an iphone base. i would appreciate any suggestions you all might have. thanks, bill
