(Archived) Suggestions for computer-less scanning to Evernote

What scanners will scan directly to Evernote without the need of a computer in the middle?

I am looking for scanners only, not multifunction printers like the Lexmark Interact S605.

Preferably, it should be able to scan single-page documents to jpeg, and multi-page documents into pdf.
