(Archived) Lost search all notebooks from favorites bar

I seem to have accidentally dragged the All Notebooks search from my favourites bar. Any idea how I can restore it? I found I was using it all the time. Thanks!

I have no idea how you managed that - I can't drag it off!

Anyway, can you drag All Notebooks from your Notebook list up to the bar?

No I can't. Neither can i drag notebook stacks. Just notebooks themselves. I would love to be able to drag stacks up to the favourites bar but they don't drag for me.

Same here - quickest fix may be to just delete the app and reinstall.

Remember to back up any local notebooks and make sure everything is sync'd first.

You can open a support case, but I would guess this is what they will tell you to do.

Looks like Stacks can't be favourites for the time being...

You shouldn't be allowed to drag All Notes off. If you do manage to reproduce this, could you tell us how? That's a bug.

Before reinstalling the app, you can also try right-clicking the favorites bar and hitting Reset

After submitting a ticket I was told to reset the favourites bar (same as the right click suggestion above) which worked to restore my missing Notebooks favourite. Dragging it off was easy. I just held down apple and dragged it into oblivion...

Ah yes. You can drag the Notebooks button off. The All Notes button you shouldn't be able to remove is the one just left of the blue "search" text in your screenshot.
