(Archived) Archiving Notebooks - Idea????

Hello!

Huge Evernote user. It is my first year but I am using it daily. I did grab the paid upgrade also....

I have one issue. I am using it for receipts. I have a Futjitsu Scanner and I am putter all receipts in.

I have set it up with one Notebook called Receipts - then each month I create a new notebook -

June 2011 Receipts

July 2011 Receipts

Etc....

The issue is I am creating a TON of notebooks for this and I am looking for a way to archive the entire notebook and then take it of Evernote.

The export option is only HTML and I see the PDF's but I also see I will have to grab each individual folder. Is there a way to Export the notebook to PDF?

I am looking for ideas?

I guess I could archive them to a folder my CPU.... I would keep them in Evernote, I just don't want my Notebook Dropdown to be ONLY Receipt folders.

Any ideas would be great!

Rather than keep these in separate notebooks, you could tag your receipts with month (e.g., "January", "February", etc.) and year (e.g. "2010", "2011", etc.). You can then keep them in a single notebook.
