(Archived) Suggestion: Make managing shared notebook easier

These suggestions are based off of the Windows Client: 4.4.2.4912

Create groups of people so you can add them to another shared notebook easily without having to type them all in again.

Add the ability to change access level from the "Share with individual" screen instead of having to remove them and add them again (two emails to that person).
