If I "hover" over an uploaded file in a note (in the attached example, an Excel document, uploaded as a premium user), the "Updated:" time only appears to show as UTC (time +0000). It doesn't show as the local time zone, which I think would be preferable for most people? I'm currently BST (UTC +0100) for example.
