(Archived) Changing views does not work in full screen mode

Hello,

Very happy premium member here. I found an interesting bug when I upgraded to Evernote 3.0.1 for Mac today: I cannot change views at all once I enter full screen view in Lion 10.7.1. Under the View menu all three options are grayed out (List, Snippet, Thumbnail). The three icons in the toolbar are also grayed out. I am applying no special filters and it doesn't matter what folder I'm viewing.

For a while I couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong so I brought the app out of full screen mode and was able to easily change views after that.

Maybe I'm still doing something wrong? I'm hoping this was not "by design" as it seems essential to be able to change views even in full screen.

This isn't a bug - it is by design.

There was plenty of discussion in the beta threads about it, side the release Evernote have suggested that there may be some issues that make offering the choice in full screen mode problematic.

Ugh. Thanks for the info metrodon, even if it isn't what I wanted to hear.

I'll just wait to use fullscreen until those view are enabled.
